I have been involved with property in some shape or form since 2004, from my first property investment in London, through to running my own Letting Agency. I have since set up my own investment business, and at the age of 37, I have bought and sold dozens of different properties and carried out developments and refurbishments of a variety of different property types.

When first starting out, every news outlet in the market told us that it was easy - seminar-based get rich quick schemes and investment strategies were all the rage in the mid 2000s, and I am not ashamed to say that I spent a thousands attending these types of gatherings, hoping to pick a nugget of information that would reveal the secret of success.
​
My overhwhelming experience has been that they talk a lot, but teach very little. Property Investment is by no means rocket science - anyone can do it, but it takes more than a few tips and tricks to make it a success.

I decided that it was time for a better way - a more personal way.
​
I designed my business around answering a simple question - when I first started, what did I wish I had to guide me through the minefield?

The answer was simple.

A Mentor.
​
So thats what I did. I distilled all the experience and knowledge I had gained through years of trial and error, mistakes, misteps, as well as successes and profits, into a simple and easy to digest system for helping others.

I do not do seminars, or conferences, or video series. I don't do YouTube videos claiming to have cracked the code to property investing.

I do the opposite - I put in the work.
​
Each and every client has my attention. We will work together, identifying your wants and needs, examining your attitude to risk, carefully dissecting which type of investment really suits your end goal.

Then I go and find it for you.
​
And once I find it, then the real fun begins. We will work together as I teach you everyhting I know, guiding you through this process, sharing my insight and my tools to help you understand each and every aspect of the industry. And once it is all done, you can feel confident in the knowledge that you did it yourself, and can therefore do it again.

My aim is simple - to teach you how to invest in property with so much skill, confidence and , that the next time you do it, you won't need me at all.
